Pricing questions
Why do you recommend a care plan?
A site, store or app keeps needing attention after launch: hosting, security updates, backups, and Apple and Google rule changes for apps. A care plan covers that for a flat monthly price, from $149 a month, and includes hours for small changes. App Care is required for apps because the stores update their rules every year.
What is included in maintenance?
Every launch comes with 30 days of free fixes. After that, a care plan covers hosting, security updates, backups and an uptime check, plus 1 to 2 hours of changes a month depending on the plan. Store and portal care adds a seasonal drop each quarter. Work beyond that is $150 an hour for design and $175 an hour for development.
Can I get a custom quote?
Yes. These are starting prices, and every project is different. Tell us what you are making, your timeline and anything you already have, such as a logo or a store, and we will scope it with you and send a fixed quote before any work starts.
How long does an app take?
A branded authentication app for iOS and Android typically takes 10 business days from the day we have your logo, colors and Apple and Google store accounts. Adding a rewards program adds about 7 business days. Store review time from Apple and Google is outside our control and can add a few days.
Do you work with startups?
Yes. Many of our clients are first-time founders. The Gold package, from $7,950, covers a brand starter kit, a landing page, a social media kit and 12 months of website care, which is enough to launch. You can add packaging, merch or a store when you are ready.
