Tees, hoodies, caps and totes

Private label

Private label and custom tags

Private label means the product carries your brand, not a blank-maker’s. We replace the stock tags with yours and finish each piece like it came from your own shop.

  • Printed or woven neck labels
  • Hang tags, stickers and size strips
  • Branded poly bags, mailers and boxes
  • Inner tape and trims on caps

Process

From sample to production run

  1. 01

    Brief and design

Tell us the pieces, the look and who it’s for. We put together designs, colorways and a tech pack.

  2. 02

    Samples

You hold the real thing first: fit, fabric, print and labels, adjusted until it’s right.

  3. 03

    Production run

Our manufacturing partners turn the approved sample into the run, cut-and-sew or blanks, with your labels, hang tags and packaging.

  4. 04

    Finish and ship

Folded, bagged and packed the way you want it to arrive, with an NFC tag in the label if you choose.

Authentication

Add NFC authentication to any garment

An NFC tag can be sewn into the neck or hem label, or placed in a hang tag. Every tag is encrypted and runs on TruLock Technology™. A tap tells the buyer the piece is genuine, today and when it’s resold. We install it in the same order as the garment, so there’s no second vendor.

FAQ

Apparel and merch questions

Does BirdHaus manufacture apparel for new brands?

Yes. BirdHaus makes tees, hoodies, caps, totes and private label apparel for new and established brands. The team designs the pieces and runs full production through our manufacturing partners: cut-and-sew, blanks, embroidery, print, labels, packaging, anything the brand needs. NFC authentication can be added to garments for limited drops and resale protection.

How do I start a clothing brand?

Start with a name, a logo and a small first collection of two to four pieces. Order samples, test fit and print quality, then produce a first run sized to what you can sell. BirdHaus covers each step from one team: brand design, samples, production, packaging and the website you sell from.

What is private label apparel?

Private label apparel is clothing made by a manufacturer and sold under your brand, with your own neck labels, hang tags and packaging. It lets a brand launch without owning a factory. BirdHaus produces private label tees, hoodies and caps, and can add NFC tags so each piece is verifiable.

Can you add NFC authentication to clothing and merch?

Yes. An NFC tag can be sewn into a label, placed in a hang tag or added to packaging. Tapping it confirms the item is genuine and can show drop details, care instructions or rewards. BirdHaus manufactures the garment and installs the tag in the same order, so there is no second vendor.
